Hello! We’re a teaching couple with two wonderful, (and we’re proud to say) very well behaved and caring daughters age seven and eight. It’s been our privilege to stay in a number of Airbnb homes, particularly in New Zealand where we recently conducted a three-month grand family tour! We’re now looking forward to our first formal house sitting position.

As you’ll see from our consistently excellent Airbnb reviews, we take pride in respecting our host’s property and wishes; and it’s personally important to us to instil these values in our daughters. Airbnb hosts have also been kind enough to highlight our excellent communication skills. (We'd be happy to share our Airbnb review link with you.)

We’re quite a health conscious family so neither Phil nor I smoke or drink. We’re also early risers so we’re well prepared to take dogs for walks, tend chickens, or put our hand to any early morning jobs that require attention. We're also rather looking forward to the pleasure of tending a garden or house plants. We’re both aged 42 going on 82 and don’t go out at night for fear of falling asleep in our appetisers, so your home and pets will be well looked after in the evening too.

Pets will enjoy no end of attention and pampering from all of us, but particularly from our daughters who understand that caring for pets involves play and affection as well as attending to physical needs. As I will be home-schooling the girls for the rest of the academic year, pets will also have company during the day.
