I am a mature professional man. Originally from Australia I have spent much of my adult life overseas living and working in Canada, Holland and have spent the past twenty years on and off living in London

I am very friendly, easy going, good listener, empathetic and enjoy meeting and socialising with people

I have recently returned to the UK after a break of a couple of years and I am at a crossroads in my life and career. At this point I don’t want to buy or take out a tenancy but rather determine where I want to live in Greater London and what direction my career to take.

House minding provides me the perfect opportunity to do this and gives me great flexibility in terms of location and house sitting length
I am well travelled and well educated and have always worked in the travel business primarily in the travel management field which is managing travel for companies and corporations. I work full time Monday to Friday in central London

I have a lot of experience in looking after, maintaining property ranging from 1 and 2 bedroom flats to townhouses through to houses the largest having 6 bedrooms and being very large

All the houses I have looked after have had extensive gardens, outdoor space, garages and swimming pools

I am therefore very familiar with garden maintenance, mowing, watering, weeding etc

I have been a tenant, a home owner and done extensive house minding primarily for friends and family

I am extremely house proud and put a lot of effort into cleaning maintaining and when required touching up a property regardless whether the Home owner or tenant. The same pride and care applies. I really do believe your home represents you as a person
