Hello there! My name is Astrid and I am from the Netherlands. I am 31 years old, and works as a project manager and freelance translator in Groningen, the north of my country. From 22 March until the end of June, I am looking to spend three months in the UK to gain some knowledge and experience in environmental / countryside management / heritage preservation fields. For this, I am volunteering at Dyrham Park in Bristol. I would love to stay near this area in Bristol for a longer period of time, from around 3 week until 2 months, looking after some lovely pets.

In Groningen I live together with my boyfriend and cat Stennis, and I have always lived with pets and and a big garden when growing up. I love all animals and would give them all the love and hugs they need.

In my spare time I love to climb and cycle and tend to my own intercity garden.
