Hi,
I guess this is as probably new to you as it is to me so here goes. Here’s what I’d want to know in your position:
SECURITY
I’m a responsible home owner in my own right with no debts, no criminal record and no pending issues. I have recently separated and agreed to move out of the property I own with my partner and two young children. I have agreed to continue to pay the mortgage whilst we agree on the sale of the property. My partner wishes to leave London and I will remain and move back into my house expected by Sept ‘19.

WORK
I work as a consultant to the film and TV industry and have over 25yrs continuous employment in this creative sector. Prior to that I worked in Advertising at Austin Knight and Saatchi & Saatchi.
I still work freelance when not engaged in consultancy work and this year this has included Unit Managing the new David Tennant drama There She Goes on BBC4 and Location Managed an ITV drama for Sky TV going out in ‘19.

RELIABILITY
As a London home owner since 1988 I understand the importance of home security with windows and doors and the health & safety of electrical equipment, ovens, hobs etc. Also running taps and general basis home maintenance.

I hope that gives a good practical oversight of my situation and my suitablity.
