Quiet, tidy and friendly couple in our 30s

ABOUT US

I'm Karan, 34, a freelance writer having notably worked for Good Housekeeping magazine. My partner, Ranjit, 36 works online as a junior currency trader.

I'm super organised and Ranjit is very handy around the house. We have spent the last two years house sitting in the UK and France. We're both very easy going and our only requirement is that your house have WiFi. For us finding the right house and homeowners who will make the experience enjoyable is key.

WHY WE WANT TO HOUSE SIT

We decided to house sit so we could travel around the UK and Europe meeting new people. A house where we can cook meals, care for any pets and maintain the grounds is what we're after.

OUR EXPERIENCE

We've been house sitting for two years now. Our first house sit in France with an energetic staffy was the perfect introduction to house sitting. Since then we've looked after various cuddly dogs and adventurous cats. We've just returned to the UK after a one year long house sit near Rennes, France with no pets.

We are both non-smokers and neither of us are party animals. I'm a keen yoga and meditation practitioner and like to get up early for some me-time.

WHAT WE BRING TO A HOUSESIT

We bring a lot of life experience to each home. Ranjit and I have differing skills that we utilise to care for a home. I'm creative with a passion for design and DIY. Whilst Ranj is more mathematical and loves to take long walks. We share daily chores as a couple and enjoy each other's company (most of the time :)

This is the 3rd time Karan and Ranjit have minded our house and we are now going to change our habits - Find out if they are available to sit, before we book to go away! We came back to an immaculate house as before and such a super happy happy dog, it was a joy to see. Both Karan and Ranjit are kind, super thoughtful and just delightful. Please come back often.

Definitely recommend this couple
Karan and Ranj are a very lovely reliable and trustworthy couple. Very kind to animals and very respectful to the owner's property. They sat for us last week and looked after our 2 cats beautifully and we returned to a super clean house. We are very happy to recommend them.
