More information about this house sitter

My preference is long term arrangements (1 year+). Would suit a home owner who has another home (say in Spain) where they prefer to stay most of the time. I am a keen gardener and keep my home tidy. Last two years have been as a guardian of a vacant nursing home and a vacant school. Can vacate for short periods when owners want to use their home. Working in Coventry. Happy to commute 30-45 mins
