More information about this house sitter

I’m a practical and tidy person who enjoys gardening, walking, arts and crafts. I love painting up old furniture and making it usable again.

Although new to house sitting, I’ve been a homeowner for 40+ years. The last home had been a builder’s yard before they built the house, so I needed to create the garden from scratch. I took on an evening class to learn about landscaping, giving me a chance to hatch out a garden plan. Took a little while to achieve, but it looks fab now.

I live in the South West and would love to see more of the area but specifically at the moment the Teignmouth area. I’m eyeing up where I’d like to live in my retirement and the sea is drawing me close.

I’ve had cats and kittens in the past, my last one being a big ginger Tom called Marmaduke who was just gorgeous. I’d happily look after your cat or cats while you’re away, giving them lots of love, play and cuddles. I don’t have a dog but look after a friend’s small dog at the weekends now and then.

I’ve been working as an energy healer since 2007, helping to clear trapped emotions and negative energies for folk. Properties often hold negative energies and I’m happy to do a clearing for your home if I do a house sitting for you. Read more...
