Hello lovely people,

Tom and I are a professional couple from Australia who have recently moved to the UK for a new experience. Back home in Australia, I am a medical doctor and partner Tom is consultant in the financial sector. We are both non-smokers.

Since arriving, we've spent the last 2 months travelling throughout Europe and with the help of AirBnB, had the opportunity to stay in many family homes. Those experiences have provided us with a great insight into the individuality and nuances that arise with each individual home (and home owner). This has instilled a fundamental understanding in us both of the etiquette, responsibility and expectations required in taking care of somebody's home. Being professionals and with our background and experiences, we've clearly demonstrated our nature to be responsible, considerate, clean and tidy and of course, a desire to treat a home as if it were our own.

A couple of other things to mention; Tom and I have both grown up with many family pets including dogs, cats, birds and fish - Tom is actually from country Australia - so are both extremely comfortable and competent with animals if looking after your furry ( or scaly ??) loved one is required! We are also both very outdoor-sy people - so are quite comfortable with most domestic tasks such as a spot of gardening or lawn maintenance etc.
