End terrace with garage, new kitchen,large bathroom,gas central heating,broadband, paved front garden and rear yard with garage access. Easy walk to town centre and transportation links.
1 elderly female dog who needs a morning walk but only short outings otherwise on medication to control urinary incontinence but very well managed by 1 pill every 3 days.
3 cats who live outside but are fed in the kitchen. The animals do not have free run of the house only being allowed on the kitchen and rear lounge. Not allowed on furniture unless specially provided for them.
