About this house sitting position in Arkley, Barnet
Urgent as the person who was looking after Albus has pulled out and there are only a few weeks to go. Is anyone around to step in? Super keen now to find someone to look after our dog Albus . We have had some lovely mindahome sitters and Albus has always had a wonderful time.
As we are very close to central London, but in the lovely suburbs, and a gorgeous place to be at any time for long walks and we have a big garden .
We have used mindahome many times and always successfully. Previously we had two dogs - Dumbledore and little Albus (Tibetan Terriers) but sadly Dumble died on January 3 2023.
Albus has missed Dumble, but he is a resourceful little fellow and full of energy now he is is four.
Albus, needs walking, feeding and love. Play is good too.
Our detached house is in Arkley is really comfortable and nice. Beyond caring for Albus and keeping an eye on security - there is not much else to do. The house is on a reliable bus route and not far from two tube stations though they are a decent walk. There are lots of fabulous walks on the doorstep and it is quiet and beautiful. Any sitter is well -catered for as we have multiple TVs, a piano and great neighbours. There is a fabulous pub two seconds away with great food and we have lots of restaurants for delivery. Albus is an absolute sweetheart and we were very good friends. He’s loving and cuddly!
There are some good walks within walking distance of the house. There’s a big garden and I tended to sit out there with him for 10 minutes morning and evening.
He likes to be near you and will set up camp wherever you are. I moved his bed to near where I had my workspace and he’d come and sleep there near me for most of the day.
He’s also very playful and sometimes bouncy! He likes his toys and will let you know when he’d like to play with them.
