About this house sitting position in Ayr

We have a lovely character 3-level terrace home in the seaside town of Ayr on the west coast of Scotland. It's 5 minutes walk to the sea front and 5 minutes to the town's High Street. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby, with some great walks along the coast, countryside, and along the rivers Ayr and Doon. We have a courtyard garden which is a perfect place to sit out on sunny afternoons, and which needs minimal watering. Spud, our 5 year old cocker spaniel, is very friendly and active, needing 2 walks per day and otherwise enjoys cuddles on the sofa.
