About this house sitting position in Barrowden , Oakham

I have 3 bedroom stone barn conversion in a beautiful village which is situated in the heart of Rutland. There is a shared drive and easy access for parking. I have a cat called Oscar who is friendly though can be timid. He spends his days sleeping inside and his nights out hunting. He has a cat flap so can please himself on wether he is inside or out. He doesn’t generally use a litter tray . He eats mainly dried food and drinks water, though wet food is offered.
The back garden is sunny and private,with a patio area and bbq. The front garden has lawns to the side of the driveway.
The house has a large open plan dining /kitchen area with breakfast room opening onto the back garden. There is an entrance hall,lounge, cloakroom, bathroom, office and therapy room downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms , the master with en suite. There is also a second bathroom with shower.
Light gardening and watering are required as the grass will need cutting and there are various pots and bonsai tree to water. I have fruit trees , so there will be fruit available to eat.
