About this house sitting position in Bath

My home is an end-terrace house of a terrace consisting of four homes. It is a modern home, well ventilated, built in 2014. The house is a four storey house, with stairs between each floor (there is no assisted access to the floors other than the stairwell). It is a three bedroom, two full bathrooms and a third separate toilet, with a good size living room and kitchen. There is a small garden with a basic lawn. We have the most beautiful views overlooking a valley behind the house. There is only on-street parking, but it is resident permit parking and so there is usually a parking spot right outside. We are about a 20min walk downhill into Bath city centre, and about a 30min walk back - but the busses are regular and stop right outside. I have two small dogs (Pug / Jack Russell cross) - they are 13yr old brothers and need to be walked each day; but as they are old the walk is slow and not very far - just to the park and back.
