Adorable Cairnoodle, Poppy, and miniature cockerpoo, Lulu, living in Beare Green, Surrey (near Dorking) need non-smoking house sitter(s) to enjoy them and look after them while their owners travel. It’s a cosy house with a compact low-maintenance garden overlooking a green in a small village in the Surrey countryside with good road and rail connections and great walking. Dorking is an historic town only 5 miles away by road/bus/train with good entertainment and eating, and access to the Surrey Hills, including Box Hill, Polesden Lacey and Denbie’s vineyard. Information on local attractions will be provided. There is a village shop a, takeaway, a pub and a petrol station. Stay in our house and you will have the serenity of village life but with easy access to town facilities and of course some amazing country walks. House sitters will have the double guest bedroom and a day’s overlap to get acquainted.
The dogs’ doting owners are a largely retired project manager who runs a local Folk Club and a working ceramic artist.
Gatwick airport is only 30 minutes by road.
