About this house sitting position in Castle Hedingham

we live in a 4 bedroomed house listed 17th century house with a big terraced garden in a picturesque villag. It has a big kitchen/ dining room overlooking the south facing garden. The garden overlooks a field and we take Poppy there first thing in the morning and last thing at night and any time she needs to be let out as she doesn't use the garden as her toilet. There a numerous walks from the house so no need to drive anywhere to walk her. if you do want to take her in the car she travels well. She is fed twice a day and can be left up to 5 hours max alone in the house .
Our 2 1/2 year old black lab Poppy will need walking every day either up to two hours in the morning or split between two walks.
Molly our 9 year old cat just needs feeding and cuddles. she is very independent and has a cat flap which she uses to go outside. Depending on time of year the veg plot and the green house may need watering.
