About this house sitting position in Chulmleigh

Hello,

I am looking for a genuine single/couple to look after my 2 British Shorthair kitten (7&4 months old) in August 2025 for 3 weeks (exact dates to be confirmed soon) .

The quiet little village of Chulmleigh is located in North Devon, between Barnstaple & Exeter, not far from Dartmoor/Exmoor and the beautiful beaches of North Devon (Croyde, Saunton Beach and many more).

There is a pub, Restaurants, bakery, grocery store, golf course, public transport, railway .

I live in a Graded II listed maisonette with 2 bedrooms (King bed and single) downstairs, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen/Lounge are upstairs in the loft area.with 3 sashes windows and 3 velux. Each bedroom has secondary glazing for sound proof (10mm so it's super quiet).

The maisonette is facing south so you have the sun until late evening.

Please note that there are no courtyard or garden. You can park your car easily in the village and it's totally secure.

You have access to washing machine , tumble , dishwasher , oven, fridge/freezer, induction, and Broadband.

Sorry no other pets in the house as my kitten are not familiar with dogs.

They are loving kitten with super temperament and love to play. They are not lap cats but they love the company and are very affectionate.

I do not accept smokers. I am OCD clean so when you arrive the place is top clean and I would expect the same when I come back.
