About this house sitting position in Colchester

Our friendly but nicely independent elederly cat would like some company when we go away.
Having taken early retirement we like to make regular trips to our small villa in Spain,
He adopted us about 12 years ago, is getting on a bit but self sufficient, coming and going as he pleases through the cat flap, but he does occasionally appreciate company and a lap to sit on. He also occasionally uses a litter tray.
Our house is a detached 4 Bedroom with off road parking in a quiet road in the town, it is clean and in reasonable decorative order ( we have lived here since last June and are in the process of decorating and will be installing a new kitchen before the house sit)
We have a small easily maintained garden that has plenty of sunny spots when the sun shines.
We have a gas barbecue and patio table & chairs.
We are connected to broadband and Sky TV and you would have your own bedroom with kingsize bed and bathroom opposite.
Situated easy walking distance of Colchester Town Station and a multitude of shops, bars, restaurants, Colchester Castle, museum, Castle Park etc.
Locally a car is not needed but useful if you want to explore the countryside.
