About this house sitting position in Dartmouth

Our home is situated in a very close knit neighbourhood in the village of Stoke Fleming. It is a four bedroom semi detached house with four bathrooms, two en-suite. The sitters will stay in one of the en-suite bedrooms. The downstairs comprises of an office (which will be closed off), a front reception room and an open plan living room and kitchen with bifold doors that lead out to a back garden with outdoor dining furniture. There is also a raised terrace with seating. One of the four bathrooms is located downstairs between a utility room and the front reception room. The utility room houses a washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge. There is also an extension that leads from the utility room with a workbench and sink and provides storage for all outdoor equipment. There are three external security cameras on the property, one out to the front, one down the side of the property and one at the back. These are only used if there is a problem (never so far)
The neighbours are all extremely friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile if there are any problems.
We have a lovely, friendly pub in the centre of the village as well as a convenient shop and post office for essential needs. Blackpool Sands beach is a 15/20 minute walk from the house and there are plenty of coastal walks and routes in the area. Our nearest town is Dartmouth; about three miles away and the towns of Totnes, Kingsbridge and Salcombe are within 30-45 minutes drive away. There is a bus runs every hour into the local town but a car is really ideal as otherwise shopping etc may be difficult.
