About this house sitting position in Derby

We have a two bedroom semi detached house near the centre of Derby. Whilst we are a 10 minute walk into town, the neighborhood is quiet, with beautiful Darley Park less than 10 minutes walk away. We are looking for someone to house sit for us and take care of our cat and dog whilst we are away. Freddie the cat is a very loving (and chatty!) boy who mostly loves food and attention! Olive the dog is a 4 year old lab X lurcher who mostly loves belly rubs and chasing squirrels!

The house is fairly low maintenance, with a garden with very little upkeep. There is off road parking on our drive, which is in a cul-de-sac.

Derby is excellently placed in the East Midlands and serves as a great base to explore The Peak District and the beautiful surroundings. Nottingham is just a 20 minute drive away. The Peak District towns of Matlock and Ashbourne are easy to get to and well worth a visit!
