About this house sitting position in Ellon
URGENT! Once again, we have been let down by a sitter a week before we leave, Please get in touch if you are interested / available....
We have a large house on the River Ythan, close to Ellon in Aberdeenshire. We have one medium sized female dog, six cats and two geese! A big house with huge garden - just the highland cows as our immediate neighbours!
We are looking for someone to care for our furry friends! Whilst we have many animals the day to day feeding / caring for the animals is all pretty straightforward. Our dear dog (Cleo) requires just one walk a day, the cats are fed twice a day and the geese are free roaming and put away each night.
Unfortunately, we were let down by a booked sitter in the past - she called the night before to tell us she could no longer make it! With this in mind we need to have confidence in this sitter - perhaps someone in the area or someone who could travel down the night before (in their own car) and stay in a local hotel. We would cover the cost. We feel a car would be helpful as we are a few miles away from local amenities.
