About this house sitting position in EXMOUTH
Our home is a 3 bed detached property in need of huge renovation which is starting in April 2018. The property is 5 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the City of Exeter. Only 2 of the bedrooms are usable as 3rd is an office. We go to Spain approx every 6 weeks for a couple of weeks upto a month. We have a cockerpoo Monty and a cat George. The property is on a main road and right next door to a large supermarket Tesco which is very convenient. There are beautiful walks on Woodbury Common and on the River Otter. Various dates throughout 2018 but sitters must realise that the property is in an undecorated state and will have builders here from April onwards.
