About this house sitting position in Hanslope, Milton Keynes

Our home is the living area above an old (closed) pub dating back several hundred years. It's a spacious 3 bedroom home with good internet but no TV. The kitchen has the usual amenities although there is no dishwasher or clothes drier. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There is no access to the downstairs pub area. But it has a very large (beer) garden, off-street parking and two resident cats.
We will be away for just over 3 weeks and really need someone who will look after the cats, water the gardens and perhaps mow the grass once (not a necessity). If desired, we can leave the small "swimming pool" up but that will then require dosing with chlorine etc every day.
The closest shop, Chinese takeaway and pub (open) is a 1 mile walk from the house. The village is approx. 15 mins drive to Milton Keynes and there is a bus stop directly outside the house that goes to the middle of Milton Keynes and to the train station in Milton Keynes if you fancy a trip into London for the day - train is about 40 min journey depending on the train you catch.
