About this house sitting position in Herne Bay

We have a detached bungalow with 2 bedrooms, lounge diner, kitchen and conservatory. There's an attached annex where my disabled mum lives and carers visit frequently throughout the day to provide professional care (separate front door). We need a sitter to feed our elderly cat who lives outside in an outbuilding, feed our pond goldfish and water our pots on our patio. Also to keep a general eye on the house and say Hi to mum occasionally. We are about 3 miles from Herne Bay sea front and about 8 miles from the city of Canterbury. We're on a bus route to both and have off road parking.
