I live in an end of terrace new build property in a quiet part of town. It’s a spacious 3 bedroom house with garden (dining table and chairs outdoors). Free parking space just outside garden gate in a private parking area. There’s a modern kitchen leading to the comfortable living room. There’s a downstairs toilet/utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there’s one bedroom with double bed and another large bedroom (single bed) and a study/spare room. The bathroom has a shower and bath. There’s a lovely park a few minutes away where I walk Pogo, my lovely black lab. There’s two gorgeous lake for walks 10 minutes away. Pogo loves to swim! Sandringham is 15 minutes away. Hunstanton- 30 minutes. Holkham Beach 45 minutes. We are just one hour from Cambridge, Norwich and Peterborough. Plus 1.5 hours by train to London. Perfect location! Pogo is the loveliest dog I’ve ever had. She loves a run around with the ball thrower and will come back when called. Any water in the area and she’ll find it! I absolutely adore her and need to leave her with someone who will love and care for her as I would.
