2 bedroom house with open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room (upstairs), utility room and downstairs loo, shower in 1 bedroom and separate loo and basin. There is an airbnb downstairs of old house which is separate and self contained. A path along the back is the only outdoor space but I am in the middle of the countryside!
