About this house sitting position in Leamington Spa

We live in a 3 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac 2 miles from Leamington town cente. Shops within walking distance and bus stop to town at the end of the road (or 25 min easy walk to town centre/train station). We have a large garden and the house has all the usual mod cons including WiFi and Netflix. We have one very loved and spoilt cat called Alfie. He's very easy to care for and just requires feeding twice daily and some company. He has a cat flap with unrestricted access. He generally does his own thing but likes to sleep on the bed with you so the sitter must love cats. The sitter will have their own room so welcome to stay a few days either side of the sit if needed.
