Beautiful 4 bed Victorian semi with ensuite bedroom right in the heart of beautiful Leamington Spa next to Jephson Gardens with 4 parks within easy walking distance and shops nearby. Close to Shakespeare country with Stratford, Warwick and Kenilworth within 30 minutes drive and train station 10 minutes walk. Maisie is a Yorkiepoo born March 2022 and Ethel a wirehaired Daschund born March 2023. Monty is a British short haired cat born Aug 2019 and we keep him in kitchen overnight where he has a cat flap. Patio door from kitchen into garden and dogs like to sleep on our bed.
