About this house sitting position in Leamington Spa

We live in a 3 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac 2 miles from Leamington town centre. Shops within walking distance and bus stop to town at the end of the road (or 25 min easy walk to town centre/train station). Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds all nearby so ideal base to explore.

We have a large garden and the house has all the usual mod cons including WiFi and Netflix. The sitters will have use of the guest bedroom and are welcome to arrive a few days earlier or stay a few days later.

Simon is our adorable cat who absolutely loves human company. He's a rescue cat so don't know much history but we think he's a Siamese cross, therefore he's most happy sat on a lap and following you around the house. He's only 8 months old so loves to play and is a ball of energy at times. He's just started going outside in the garden but by the time of the sit he may be venturing further (he has a tracker on his collar to monitor his location). We have a cat flap that is activated by his microchip but he's not figured out how to use it yet.
He's ok to be left during the daytime for 6-7 hours but appreciates playtime and cuddles before/after. He sleeps on the bed between us and is no trouble. Read more...
