Cottage set within 6 acres of land, beautiful and very peaceful. 2 bedrooms, sun lounge, rustic kitchen with dining table and cosy sofa by the log burner, office. Plenty of seasoned firewood and underfloor heating powered by the gas boiler. No dishwasher.

Outside there is a fenced garden with a rustic dining table and benches lovely in the summer.

The property is located 300m along a track from the road. From the house you can walk all the way to the top of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) without crossing a road. Llanberis is 4 miles away. Caernarfon is 5 miles in the other direction. There is a Coop in Llanrug (1.5miles) and large supermarkets in Caernarfon.

We have a 2.5 year old female dog called Fflic. She is a collie x huntaway (NZ sheepdog). She is intelligent and very sweet. She loves a game of chase or for someone to kick the ball for her. She is nosy and wants to be involved in everything. We are still training her and keen that she doesn't learn to chase sheep so we always keep her on a lead when walking in the mountain.
