About this house sitting position in Montgomery

Spacious but pretty chaotic farmhouse in rural location looking over the hills but half an hour from Shrewsbury, lots of walking including from the door and interesting small towns. One 17 year old daughter still in sixth form so needs a two mile drive for a bus and back each day if term-time (shared with neighbour some days). Farm has some retired sheep and some llamas and chickens. House has some tropical fish (one tank), her two budgies, a cat and two or three rescue dogs who are delightful but have various hang ups due to their past lives but no food/toy aggression. So need confident dog lovers with training/behaviour experience. I work as a charity volunteer for poverty alleviation in Africa a few weeks each winter, usually October and March and don't want to give up what I do, but kenneling the dogs for three weeks wouldn't be fair and I don't get paid. Change of circumstance brings me here - need to see whether it's even possible as farm sitters have let me down in the past when the children were small.
