We are fortunate to have lived in the middle of a lovely, friendly picturesque Mid Devon village for the past 46 years. We live in a renovated 16th century cottage.
We have Mouse a 10 year old Working Cocker and 5 chickens. We have had a number of dogs (cats and other animals) over the past 40+ years, we lost Tess, Mouse’s mum in September 24. Hence the reason we would prefer Mouse to stay in her own home. She is a very easy dog, biddable and very loving.
We have many beautiful walks and footpaths around our village/countryside, which has amazing views to both Dartmoor and Exmoor. We are 1 hour from both the North and South Devon coasts. Dartmoor is 30 minutes away.. We have good transport links to Crediton (6 miles). and Exeter(16 miles), buses every 2 hours and a train station just 2 miles away. We have a brilliant shop and excellent pub in the village. Great neighbours included! In all it’s a great Mid Devon experience! We look forward to meeting you..
