We live on an 'A' road very close to the fantastic Druridge Bay, due to location a car would be needed but could add to our insurance if need be. Ideal for someone wanting a peaceful location and the prospect of some local tourism. The house is a large bungalow in large but secluded gardens backing onto farmland. Our dog is a Parson Jack Russell which we have only had since May he is nine years old and a rescue. He has behaviour issues ( barking and attachment) but is a loving, well trained intelligent little dog who loves the beach, swimming and ball retrieving games. He has no aggressive features or soiling problems at all. in fact he is the most intelligent little dog we have ever owned in ** years of married life and pet ownership
