About this house sitting position in Nr. Newark

A six bedroom clean and tidy farmhouse set in 4.5 acres of gardens and paddock that sits on the side of a hill on the outskirts of a villtage which is a two mile drive away. We have two well behaved elderly siblings (brother and sister,) who are on medication for arthritic joints. The dog's needs are simply to be fed, watered and allowed to wander laround the paddock several times a day - experience with larger dogs would be an advantage, but not essential. Due to our location a car is necessary; if you don't have a car, but have a current drivers licence and were prepared to purchase the necessary car insurance, we could make a car available to you. Alternatively, tesco, Ocado or waitrose will deliver to the house and I could make other arrangements if a visit to visit to vets were necessary. Our local village of Farnsfield is a 2 mile walk along a byway and then onto the Southwell trail - I also have couple of mountain bikes? We have wifi, full sky + movie package on one tv and freeview on a tv in the kitchen and the smaller sitting room. Enjoy open fires in either sitting room and full oil central heating throughout the house. The house is covered by a security system that is linked directly to a security company who will respond immediately to a breech of security - so you will feel very secure ? We live about 12 miles from Newark, 13 miles from Nottingham and 6 miles from the pretty town of Southwell with its historic Minster. Our local village has a Coop store, butchers, bakers and a vegetable shop plus a couple of pubs both of which serve food. Well behaved pets are welcome as long as, like our dogs, yours won't sit/sleep on the furniture ?
We have house-sitters each year that have enjoyed staying in our home and we abide by a free to stay and free sit policy ?
