Cottage-style modern home up high with a view on the edge of town , but walking distance to walk into small characterful town , also walks along the river Otter. Charming garden with sit out areas set back from the quiet road.New home for us, but we fell in love with it, and the area. 6 miles from Sidmouth. Local buses and station at Feniton take you into Exeter. Need caring animal lovers for two older small Yorkies (not tiny), and 9-year-old bigger boy. Dogs like short walks and cuddles, and company.
