About this house sitting position in Porthcawl, Wales
We live in the costal town of Porthcawl, South Wales, in a 4 bedroom house with our 4 dogs & 2 cats. The dogs love each other & get on really well. They will need walking daily in all weathers so suitable clothing & footwear will be required if it's raining. They are fairly active & will need a walk for approximately 1-2hours a day. They will occasionally play in the house but are otherwise quiet & will happily laze around waiting to go out. They will occasionally play They may also be left for up to 4 hours if the sitter(s) wish to go out on their own. The cats do their own thing really, they need feeding 2-3 times a day & their litter tray clearing every other day.
Porthcawl is a lovely seaside town with everything within walking distance so no car is required. However, there is parking space if the sitter does have a vehicle. Porthcawl offers an abundance of shops, cafes & restaurants, some with live music on the weekends. It sits between 2 major cities on the M4 corridor, Cardiff & Swansea, both of which can be accessed by the great bus route from Porthcawl. The neighbouring town has a train station & there is also a shopping outlet & cinema just 15 minutes away.
The house would need to be kept generally clean & tidy. There is a large south facing garden with plenty of quiet sitting areas that the dogs love cuddling up with you on. The garden would need minimal input, just a water with the hose if it's particularly dry during the sit. Read more...

Reviews for sarah
Sarah cooked a great meal before leaving and I felt I was with friends. I became very attached to these four intelligent, sensitive, loving, adventurous and very different personality pooches in the time I was with them. You can see these pooches in a photo on my profile page.” - Read more
