About this house sitting position in St Asaph

This is for a house sit in North Wales, near St Asaph.

Stylish static (not like your usual bland caravan decor) flooded with light situated in beautiful countryside on the doorstep of a wealth of attractions. Yes, it's compact, but it has everything you need including a kitchen equipped with all manner of culinary items to cater for most needs (see what I did there?) whether you are cooking or simply heating and eating, 1 bedroom with a wonderfully comfortable double bed, a shower with good pressure.

I don't have a TV. I usually tether my phone to my tablet or laptop if I want to watch a film or series.

You can also enjoy the ambience of the decked area and plot surrounded by plants and flowers which attract bees, butterflies and a good variety of birds.

You can use this as a base to explore the coastline and visit Prestatyn, Llandudno, Conwy, undertake some inland walks such as Offa's Dyke, or hike in Eryri national park, explore Llangollen and the Pontycysyllte Aquaduct, visit Anglesey. There's so much to do. You can hire bicycles from Rhyl, for example, and cycle along the coast.

There is no wheelchair access. There are steps from the garden to the decking. Suitable for single adult or couple. Sitters will need transport and there is parking next to the static..

Plant watering depending on the season/ weather. I'd simply like someone to stay here and enjoy it whilst I am away. No smoking in the static and preferably a non-smoker. For any sit, an earlier end date can be agreed as there's no pet care. Read more...
