About this house sitting position in STIRLING

I have a 2 bedroom detached bungalow in the Stirling area with medium sized garden.
The house is well maintained and recently decorated. In addition to central heating there is also a wood burner in the living room. Modern kitchen and a good size bathroom with bath a walk in shower.
I am going away for about 6 months in 2020 from around March until September, maybe longer.
Looking for a mature person or couple to housesit for that period. I have no pets but would consider allowing the sitter to bring their dog or cat ( no snakes or spiders please?).
The house is situated on the outskirts of the town with good public transport links and easy access to local shops and amenities within walking distance.
Stirling is very central with excellent access to the rest of Scotland in all directions.
There may also be the possibility of the use of a vehicle during your stay.
