About this house sitting position in Surbiton

We live in a 3 storey, 3 bedroom semi detached home in Surbiton. We are looking for someone to look after our home and dog Luna who is a 3 year old working cocker spaniel for a week at the end of May and again in August for two weeks.
Luna has a fairly straightforward routine of 30-40 minute walk in the morning and again at lunchtime/early afternoon. She has two meals per day, morning and evening. She is a very happy dog and loves people and company. She is also happy to be left alone for around 4 hours.
