Large 4-bedroom Edwardian semi-detached house on a quiet street and in a lovely area of Surrey. Recently refurbished with all mod cons. Large, beautiful garden. Very close to Hampton Court Palace, the river, Kingston Town Centre and some lovely walks.
Parking outside the property. 15 minute walk to train.
station. Frequent bus service.
We have two 10 month old friendly kittens who need feeding and petting. They are allowed in and out of the cat flap as they like during the day, but we keep them in at night so require the housesitter to call them in at dusk, feed them and lock the cat flap. Then let them out each morning.
