About this house sitting position in Upwell

My husband youngest daughter and myself live on a 3 acre small holding in Norfolk, located next to a river. Very pretty with nice walks and the cost is 30 mins away.
We have two dogs and two horses and looking for a pet/house sitter.
Both horses are retired so as we will be needing help in May the weather will be on our side, it will just be a case of keeping waters topped up in the paddock and making sure they are safe. Feeling once a day and also poo picking everyday day is needed.
Horse knowledge is preferable.
We live in a house that we purchased as a project to create a forever home but albeit comfortable it is not yet finished.
