Semi detached house, modernised and well furnished. West Wickham is between Croydon and Bromley Centres. Our house is in a semi-rural area. We have a wood and recreation areas within walking distance. Bromley and Croydon shopping centres are within a 15-20 minute drive. West Wickham Station will take you directly into London and East Croydon (10 minutes drive) is a12 minute train service to Clapham Junction. All home comforts available to house sitters. Landscaped garden (170') Very comfortable sitting/sunbathing/eating areas during the summer months. Lots of comfortable outside furniture. Pond with loads of healthy fish (couple of handfuls of food daily during the summer). Watering of hanging baskets/pots and greenhouse required daily depending on weather and grass cutting, weekly. Neighbours on hand for help and assistance if needed.
Were taking our dogs away but our two house cats will remain needing minimal attention. Daily change of water and wet food, check dry food is accessible and cleaning of litter tray. Tidy up/vacuuming of cat beds and floor (cat litter gets kicked everywhere!).
Car would be useful but not essential. Local buses will take you into West Wickham or Bromley etc. No-smoking in the house and preferably non-smoking sitters.
