About this house sitting position in Wisbech

I have a modest two bedroomed house in an ancient Fenland town. The house is in an ordinary family neighbourhood and is close to the centre of town for good supermarket shopping, cinema and restaurants.
The town itself has limited attractions but the surrounding villages and countryside have much to offer. The house was renovated last year and has a new bathroom, new kitchen and new carpets. There is a pleasant garden laid to lawn. Car parking is not allocated but there is usually ample room to park outside the house.
The house is being sold and the house sitter should be able to agree times for viewing with the estate agent. All viewings will be accompanied by the agent so the house sitter need not be at home or show people around. I would like the house to be kept tidy but would like the house sitter to be able to relax and feel at home. I will always be contactable by phone as will the estate agent.
