Lovely detached country home with large garden and paddocks ( in all approx 4.5 acres). It’s a newly built,single storey house which is clean and comfortable - 3 beds/2 bathrooms, large kitchen/diner and large sitting room with a wood burning stove and lovely views. We’re in a rural area on a quiet no through lane approximately 1 mile to the village which has a shop,post office and 2 pubs. Coventry and Hinckley are both accessible by bus from the village.
We have 2 terrier mix dogs age 1 and 4 and a cat. The dogs are friendly and energetic and enjoy a good walk and lots of cuddles.
We also have 2 horses although separate care arrangements can be made for them.
