About this house sitting position in Woodley

Semi detached suburban house with kitchen diner, lounge and reception room, garden and off road parking. We live within walking distance of a small town centre with coffee shops, restaurants and bar, as well as small supermarket, brand new sports centre and a town park with a pond. Short drive/ cycle to local country park, large supermarket, cinema. We have a six month cockerpoo puppy who is lovely but obviously needs time and attention, she's used to two to three short (due to age) walks a day, and is quite happy to be left alone for a few hours at a time, fifteen year old car who is affectionate and easy going, and two guinea pigs in a hutch in the garden. The cat and the dog need constant watching if they are in the same room together currently, so would need some willing to be aware of this and ensure they are separate unless they are supervised. Guinea pigs are pretty undemanding! A little watering of the garden might be appreciated, too
