Hello!
I am a South African who lived in London for 13 years. I have now decided to move back to SA, but I come back to visit the UK often, and house-sitting is a wonderful way to see interesting new areas. I've also house-sat in places I know quite well, where I've had the chance to catch up with friends. I love having animals to look after, because I miss my dog terribly while I'm on holiday, so it's great to have canine / feline company. I'd be happy to whatsapp you daily updates about your pets while you're away if you'd like - I love getting pics of my dog from my parents, who look after her while I'm away. I am open to housesitting anywhere in the UK, but ideally it would be in a place which is accessible by public transport and where there are shops to buy food a walkable distance away. References available on request. Hope to hear of some exciting house-sitting opportunities soon!
