About this house sitting position in Rotherhithe

Hi,

I'm on a hunt for a responsible house sitter to take care of my home and two beautiful kittens while I'm away on holiday in Spain.
They need the following:
- Food twice daily
- Fresh water daily
- Litter tray cleaned regularly
- Lots of games and cuddles!!

In addition to this my second bedroom is used as an airbnb. I would like the sitter to also be able to manage this while I'm away. At the moment I have 4 bookings (one will already have started before the 14th). - Note: this does mean you won't have the whole property to yourself!
This would involve:
- Responding should an emergency occur during their stay.
- Spot check cleanliness of bathroom and bedroom between stays
- Washing and changing towels and bedding (potentially inflating an airbed) between stays
- Purchasing croissants (cash provided) and setting out the welcome basket before each stay.

It's less than an hour of effort in between each stay.

The flat is really central with easy access to London attractions in around 20-30mins.
