Hi, I'm Adam, a single, late-30's media professional currently living in north Essex.

At the moment I live with my dad by the seaside, and due to the nature of my work I regularly come up to London for office days and am looking for an alternative to hotels when I visit the city.

I'm a solo sitter and generally would be looking for 2-3 day stints mid-week, but can be extremely flexible (the baby in the photo is my nephew not my son!). I'm cat and dog friendly, although with more experience of being a cat-owner than with dogs. I'm a non-smoker.

In my spare time I enjoy cinema, hiking, and have recently taken up a more serious interest in cooking with a view to a possible career change into that field.

In terms of house sitting experience I have looked after apartments for friends and colleagues in the past while they're on holiday. I'm always on top of cleaning duties, looking after gardens or any other daily chores.

I'm extremely house proud and take personal pride in leaving a space clean and tidy when I leave.
